Firm’s
head
office
is
located

Toronto,
Ontario,

a
regional
office

Burlington
Ontario.
Since
its
inception,
RCEL
has
built
a
strong
foundation
for
growth
and
has
continued
to
expand
its
horizons.
After
being
established
by
the
partners
of
the
company,
RCEL
grew
to
a
staff
of
10
persons.
While
initially
only
offering
services
in
Building
Science
and
Structural
Rehabilitation,
we
rapidly
expanded
into
Transportation
Engineering.
By
2011,
the
company
grew
to
a
staff
of
twenty
(20)
regular
staff
and
10
contract
employees.
In
2013
our
Mechanical
and
Electrical
Department
was
launched,
and
our
engineering
services
were
broadened
to
include
new
build
construction
for
the
municipal,
institutional,
commercial
and
industrial
clients.
With
the
continued
success
of
the
company,
2016
allowed
RCEL
to
successfully
establish
a Structural engineering department.
Our
senior
management
team
has
collectively
over
160
years
of
diverse
engineering
experience,
and
through
a
well-defined
mentoring
program
we
have
developed
into
a
highly-experienced
staff
of
25,
which
have
a
wide
range
of
disciplines
and
portfolios
from
engineers
to
scientists,
technologists
and
technicians.
With
our
unique
expertise,
we
continue
to
develop
comprehensive
consulting,
engineering
and
project
management
packages
to
suit
our
client’s
specific
needs.
Our
